& Blowing: |
Mow front and back
yard with required mower. Trim around flower beds, fences, trees and
areas that are not accessible with the mower. Blow sidewalk,
driveway, and patio areas free of debris. |

Payment Terms: |
Prices are listed
on the Residential page
and are for residential customers. All commercial customers will be
given a custom quote.
All customers with
weekly or bi-weekly service will be invoiced monthly, unless other
payment options have been discussed with Tidy Lawn Care.
Less than 7 week
service payment upon completion of work is due. |

Property Access: |
Your gate must
remain unlocked for the entire day of your regularly scheduled
service. We are unable to send our crews back or give a refund or a
credit for not mowing inside a locked area. |

Pets or Yard
debris: |
Please be sure to
let us know if you have any pets that are kept outside. Please leave
your pet, if possible, inside on your scheduled service days. We
want your pets to be safe!
Please be sure toys, bones, large rocks, etc. are cleared the day
prior to your scheduled service. Obstacles if hit by the mower
blades can result in serious damage to your property and our
equipment and can result in eye, head or body injury to others or
our crew. |

Tidy Lawn Care
Service Days: |
We strive to arrive
the same time each week. Natural factors can affect the schedule, we
cannot guarantee a specific time of day for each service. Please do
not water your lawn the day you are scheduled, as this may prevent a
quality mowing. |

Weather Delays: |
We do not mow in
rain only after a light rain will we mow. Should you think that it
is too wet to mow, please contact us to skip service that day. If
conditions are too wet to service at all for a day, we will change
from the day you are normally scheduled to the next day. |

Rescheduled
Services: |
Tidy Lawn Care
tries to accommodate any scheduling updates. If you need to
re-schedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in
advance by telephone 219.682.8439 or email us at
service@tidylawncare.com. We will make every effort to
make the change if you contact us within 24 hours, however, we
cannot guarantee the change. If you requested a skip service, your
service will continue the next week as usual. You will need to call
or email Tidy Lawn Care to cancel or skip a scheduled mowing. |

Cancelled Services: |
Our goal is 100%
satisfaction! You may cancel your service at anytime. Tidy Lawn Care
wants you to be pleased with our service and continue choosing Tidy
Lawn Care each season. However please note canceling your service
prior to the 7 mowing minimum, the less than 7 mowing rates will
apply to the previous services. |

Lot Sizes: |
Our service is
based on the size of your lot. Large lots or property with very
steep areas or that are outside the usual characteristics will
require a custom quote. An estimate will be provided promptly.
We offer weekly and
bi-weekly service. However Tidy Lawn Care recommends weekly service
since bi-weekly service can cause an uneven appearance and clumps on
grass on the lawn. |

Damaged
Property: |
Please contact us
immediately if there is any property that is damaged by our crew.
Upon your notification, we will visit your site in a timely manner
for review of the damage. We will not honor any request for repair
expenses for damaged property that we were not made aware of or
allowed to repair or have repaired in a timely manner. To report any
damage please contact us by phone or email. |

Complaints: |
Our goal is 100%
customer satisfaction! If our work is not satisfactory, Tidy Lawn
Care will send the crew to re-mow your yard without additional
charge with 24 hours. Notification of unsatisfactory service must be
received within 24 hours of the service or we will consider the work
satisfactory for the scheduled service. |
